I am not associated with Magic Jack in any way other then owning one. I bought the Magic Jack January of 2008 and have used it for my home phone since. I speak about Magic Jack from my own experience and with it what I believe to be true accounts from other users of the device.
Although I have had great success using Magic Jack, not all have. There has been a small percent of people who have had a bad experience with the device and their customer service department. The reasons that a small percent of people who have bought the MagicJack and failed to have it work for them can be many, from a faulty unit, IP issues to computer issues.
From my own experience and research I have done, most people do have success with the MagicJack and the people who don’t are very small in comparison.
